A Classic Balustrade

In the early 19th century decking balustrades were painted 'invisible green' to blend into foliage. Other colours such as brown, dark blue and red also became popular. All this plunged into black in 1861 when Prince Albert died. Railings went into mourning, and most stayed this way. After 150 years it is time we put a bit of colour back and we are offering Burnt Brick effect balusters as well as Black balusters. Burnt Brick effect is extremely attractive when decking is adjacent to a red brick wall.
