Windsor Range of Stainless Steel Wire with Stainless Steel Posts Assembly Instructions

These assembly instructions only relate to horizontal stainless steel balustrading. We are unable to supply stainless steel balustrading for steps.

1. Erect Stainless Steel Upright Posts. 

2. Put Steel Cover Plate over base plate.

3. Attach Saddles/Universal Fittings to pre-drilled rails with self tapping screws (supplied).

4. Assemble and glue rail plus saddles and/or elbows into top of Upright Posts.

5. If the posts have the wire already threaded through the posts, then attach the End Fixing Units to each end newel post and tighten the wires

6. If the posts do not have the wire already threaded through the posts, then

a) Attach the End Fixing Unit to one external pre drilled end post

b) Thread the wire through the intermediary posts

c) Attach the Swageless Unit to the other end (instructions supplied) and cut off the surplus wire
